New Year's Eve is nigh upon us. Time to make plans if you haven't already. Make your night right by going to the Regent Bal Harbour. Enjoy a night filled with great food, dancing, champagne, fireworks and fun!

At the restaurant 1 Bleu, the food will be prepared by James Beard Award-winning chef Mark Militello and will include a festive menu. Want to get there early? Enjoy an a la carte menu from 6-8 p.m. Rather stay for awhile? Relish the five course prix fixe menu (seatings start at 9 p.m.) The price? $175 per couple (without tax and tip). Of course, the menu includes a bottle of  bubbly.

Dance to the Jazz sounds of Debbie Orta and her big band. Then go check out the fireworks at Haulover Pier. Don't leave without your goody bag filled with pastries and breads baked on premisis. Good for breakfast the next morning!
