In what martial arts do the best of the best train?  The answer may surprise you.  Rather than concentrating on one particular system or style of the martial arts, the United States Navy Seals incorporate a rigorous martial arts component into their training that stems from approximately fifty (50) different martial arts styles including Karate, Kung Fu, Krav Maga and more.  These include required classes and elective courses available to the Seals during BUD training.  Check out the Seals in action here.
