I will be traveling throughout Southern California for the next several weeks, exploring the idea of ethnic cuisine in our eclectic multi-ethnic society. Does the term "ethnic" mean something different from the variety of meals that we are accustomed to nowadays? Or has Southern California been so spoiled with our plethora of delicious restaurants that we now consider Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, French to be American cuisine?
I will also be taking a short hiatus to Las Vegas, where I will examine the presence of ethnic meals on the Strip and determine its popularity in the infamous Vegas buffets.
Stay tuned for some fabulous meals and fun photos!
