StockXchangeWell isn't this darling. Not only does Mirosoft plan to charge a comparative bundle for the upcoming netbook version of Windows 7, you'll have no choice over major aspects of how your device looks and operates.

The software giant has confirmed that Windows 7 Starter Edition won't allow changes from the default wallpaper, color scheme or sounds menu. You'll have to spend up to the Home Premium edition of the operating system to have any control over such basic aspects of  "personal" computing.
