
If Apple is going to come out with its long-rumored tablet, it needs to keep the price under $600 and get a move on.
So says shopping site Retrevo, which recently did a survey of site users about the prospect of an Apple tablet.
The company says $600 was the magic price tag, with two-thirds of Mac users and one-third of PC users willing to take a look at that price. And "yesterday" was the magic release date, with more and more potential converts considering or actually acquiring netbooks as Apple takes its sweet time.
