Winonah T-Strap Wedge available at Target

For those you who want to wear sandals this season but don’t feel comfortable exposing your toes, try peep-toe or covered-toe sandals. I found this chic peep-toe, t-strap sandal by Mossimo, available at Target for only$19.99. I love the small wedge on these sandals because it will elongate your legs, giving you a summer sexiness.

Sandals are a must this season and don’t feel discouraged if you usually don’t show off your feet. Target had other great peep-toe sandals which still show off your toes but doesn’t them all by their lonesome. The “peep hole” in peep toe shoe varies in size with each design so look for one that makes you feel confident and comfortable.

If you don’t even want to show a peep of your toe than a cover-toe sandal is a great alternative. I found a super strappy, Gladiator inspired sandal that completely covers the toe area. You can find the Falilali sandal at Aldo. It’s cost around $90 so it’s not exactly an Inexpensive Budget recommendation but it can give inspiration for bargain hunting. Check out Nordstrom Rack in the Soma district or Loehmann’s, located on Sutter Street.

Finally, my last tip for those who are foot shy is to treat your puppies to a pedicure. There are probably at least 10 salons in your neighborhood that offer pedicures. Costing an average $25, a pedicure ensures that you will step out with perfect peds.

I mentioned Target in this article and although there isn’t a location in San Francisco there are two located in Daly City and you can get there by using BART.
