Get your art on this Friday at the opening of Ian Hill's solo show, Dead Works, at Lower Haight gallery/store D-Structure.
D-Structure carries all the skates, skis, clothing, and oddball accessories you could possibly need to reinvent yourself in the image of some sort of blinged-out-snowboarding-love-child of the Beastie Boys and Lady Gaga. (I hear it's all the rage for pre-fall '09...)
In all seriousness, though, the shop serves as a great venue for emerging artists, both on the walls and on the racks. D-Structure carries apparel for both ladies and gents by Free Gold Watch, Iron Fist, New Leaf, Able, and Rebel 8 in addition to their own DSSF line of artist tees.
Plus, as with most art openings, there's sure to be free booze while you shop, and if not, you're mere steps away from both Moltov's and Toronado...
