Steve Jobs finally revealed his challenges with health issues. While some pushed for his personal health history to be shared with the rest of the world, others strongly believe health issues are to be dealt in private.
The election process set up an interesting stage for discussing this issue: while many questions and requests seemed to abound for McCain’s extensive history of cancer, others seemed content with Obama’s one pager check for good health, despite his health risks for continuing to be an active smoker.

Should politicians reveal their health history? Should a female politician discuss her gynecologic and obstetric history? How about business CEOs, do they have a responsibility toward the rest of the world to talk about their health issues? If so, would you like to know their habits including smoking, drinking or use of drugs? How about their practice of risky sports? How about their sexual habits? Should people reveal their mental health history in the same way that they reveal their physical health history?
