It's that time again! Secretroom's bi-monthly event, CybeRaver, will take place Saturday April 18 at the Jungle Club located at 2115 Faulkner Rd. The theme this month is Carnival of Chaos, so break out your sequins and bow-ties, top hats and clown make-up--it's gonna be killer!
Going along with the Carnival theme, a variety of circus style performers will be on hand to entertain you. You can expect to see acrobats, jugglers, stiltwalkers, and fire breathers all performing in the main area.
As always, CybeRaver will feature amazing guest DJs in the main area. DJ Motion Potion of San Francisco will be spinning breaks, mash-ups, and more. This will be his first set in Atlanta, so we'll all have to make him feel welcome. DJ Dug from Charlotte, North Carolina brings progressive tech house for our auditory pleasure. Returning DJs will include OREO, Evil Z, and Proto J. And because this is a CybeRaver, no room is without music. In the entry portal area, DJs Belrock, Section 8, Kasper, Noise Ordinance, and Dewdrop will keep the music going all night long.
I also have word that Kitti Ninja, the host of the new web TV series FanBoys, will also be in attendance. She will be in full Kitti Ninja regalia, so be sure to stop by and say hello.
For those of you who have never been to a CybeRaver before, I have to be honest with you: it's a lot of fun. This event draws some of the best DJs around, and they will have you dancing all night. It's an amazing opportunity to show off both your dances moves and your sense of style. CybeRaver is a feast for the eyes and the ears alike.
The Jungle is open from 10pm to 3am and offers free parking, which is always a nice treat in Atlanta. The club is 18+ and 21 to drink. Cover is $15.
