New website for the Streets at Southglenn

Alberta Development Partners, LLC now has a website for the Streets at Southglenn.  Visit www.shopsouthglenn.com for information on construction progress, photographs and news.  You will find a retail tenant list and information on office and retail space, as well as the residential component.  Floor plans are shown for the various apartment models, but rental rates are not available as of the time of this posting.  You can also download copies of periodic newsletters that are mailed to people in the surrounding neighborhoods.  

I would have liked to have seen condominiums instead of apartments, but the original plans called for units which I think were just too expensive for the neighborhood and the economic climate.

As you may know, Sears, Macy's and the two banks have stayed open during the construction.  The banks should be in their new facilities by now.  New retailers that have already opened are Staples, Dick's Sporting Goods and Best Buy.
