Another positive piece of news regarding the Denver real estate market…

Home Vestors of America, Inc., a company that purchases “ugly” homes for rehabilitation and future resale, published a list of the top spots for real estate investing.  Denver ranked No. 6 on their list of the top 10 real estate markets for residential real estate investing in the third quarter of 2008.  The top 5 were Dallas (No. 1), Houston (No. 2),  Fort Worth, Texas (No. 3), Atlanta (No. 4), and San Antonio (No. 5).  Others in the top ten were St. Louis, Philadelphia, Milwaukee and Richmond, Virginia.  It was also reported that more investors are paying cash now that credit markets are tighter.  For more information on this topic call Greg Foster, Metro Brokers  720-232-3219
