Sugar may be affecting your health.

Health care issues are gaining momentum as one of the leading causes of anxiety for millions of Americans.  Health concerns like heart disease, cancer and high blood pressure is affecting over millions of people each day.  The importance of staying healthy and maintaining a healthy outlook is an important factor is protecting your family’s health.

      1)        Sugar is a cancer-feeder.  By cutting off sugar, you are

cutting off one important supply to the cancer

cells.   Natural substitutes for sugar would be Manuka

honey or molasses, but in small amounts.  As an

alternative to salt, use Braggs aminos or sea salt.

2)                  Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment.  So does high blood pressure.  It is best to eat more fish, and a little chicken than beef or pork.

3)                  Seek out a diet of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruit to put your bodies back into an alkaline environment.  Drink fresh vegetable juice and eat some raw vegetables two or three times a day to destroy enzymes within the body.

4)                  Avoid coffee and tea, which both have caffeine.  Green tea is an alternative and has cancer-fighting properties.  Purified or filtered water is best and needed daily to avoid toxins and heavy metals in tap water.

5)                  The less meat and junk in your intestines, the less backup in your system.  Undigested meat leads to toxic buildup.

6)                  Some supplements to build up the immune system are anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, EFA, etc.

7)                  Anger, bitterness and unforgiveness put stress in the body and leave an acidic atmosphere.  Teach your family to be positive, and have a loving and forgiving spirit.

8)                  Daily exercise and deep breathing fosters more oxygen into the body and keeps blood flowing successfully.

Hopefully, these tips will help you to protect your family from bad health and lead them to a more successful lifestyle.
