Murphy's Bono Breakfast
Murphy's Law Bar & Grill's new Bono breakfast

Here’s a fun twist on the Las Vegas celebrity dining scene: breakfast items named after some of your favorite celebs!

Customers can now enjoy green beer with their breakfast at Murphy’s Law Bar & Grill, as the relaxed, 24-hour pub at 1590 E. Flamingo Road recently unveiled eight new breakfast items, each named after a famous Irishman. Available all day, every day, the breakfast items range in price from $4.95 to $7.95 and include:

Paul Hewson (Bono): A thick layer of crunchy peanut butter and banana between two slices of fluffy white bread hand-dipped in batter, fried golden and drizzled with chocolate syrup.

Van Morrison: A pile of corned beef hash combined with scrambled eggs, bell peppers, tomatoes and cheddar cheese, wrapped tight in a garlic herb tortilla.

Colin Farrell: Fresh pineapple, banana, cottage cheese, granola, raisins and a hint of brown sugar, wrapped in a tortilla.

Pierce Brosnan: Sautéed bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes and onions folded gently in a tortilla with cheddar cheese and egg.

Liam Neeson: Texas toast topped with a seared sausage patty, grilled jalapeños, scrambled eggs and melted American cheese.

Aidan Quinn: Grilled ham, fried egg, Swiss cheese, grilled turkey, bacon, fried egg and American cheese, served on a hamburger bun.

Gabriel Byrne: A large tortilla stuffed with sausage, ham, bacon, scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese.

Murphy’s Law Bar & Grill is where Las Vegas hospitality meets no-holds-barred Irish pub mentality.
