Berkshire Hathaway CEO Warren Buffett told CNBC today that homebuilders should stop building houses. He said that's painful for the builders but necessary to bring the supply of U.S. houses in line with the demand.
Always an equal opportunity interviewee, Buffett conducted the interview with CNBC on the same day that he spoke with ABC's "Good Morning America."
Buffett said in both interviews that he supports President Obama, thinks that a second economic stimulus could be necessary and worries about inflation down the road. Buffett also told CNBC that he has played basketball with NBA star LeBron James and plans to golf with him tomorrow.
