Here in Houston, Texas, we're fortunate to have weather that allows us to enjoy popular running routes year round. It's hot in the summertime, but at least we don't have to shovel humidity in the winter. In the summer the key is to work out and train in the morning or late afternoon.

As the fifth largest city in the United States, it's also easy to find shady routes, and this index with help you explore them. Bookmark us and check back often because this page is added to on a regular basis.
