Lord, I thank you that you are holy.
May this verse, enrich, inspire and encourage you on November 6, 2009, my Friend.

1Sa 2:2 “There is no one holy like the LORD;
The Hebrew Lexicon gives us a number of flavors of meaning for the word holy, they are: free from moral imperfections and failures, reliable, faithful to promises made, and cannot tolerate sin.
My friends, God has set a standard that will continually stretch the believer. There is an expression that was used by one of the branches of our armed forces. If I can remember it correctly, I think it went…you can be whatever is easiest for you to become. Not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Lexicon tells us that holy is free from moral imperfections and failures, holiness is being faithful to promises and is intrinsically sacred.
Friends, do you remember what the slogan was for the U.S. Army?
