Today's article is a fun one for those into sci-fi, and there are a ton of you out there.  While this debate is nothing new to the internet and in social circles, it never grows old and creates an opportunity for everyone to voice their comments, which is the point of this!  For those wondering if this is off topic for "indie film", it's not really, because both sagas have independent roots only backed by the large studio systems.  Whether it's rights and unionized issues or syndication and show survival, both have fought hard and now their themes get to fight eachother.

STARWARS VS. STARTREK

Who would win in a galactic battle for supremacy, and why?  Doesn't matter what era of each Saga you draw from, what weapons you wish to employ in your debate, or what powers influence decisions....we all have an opinion and most certainly it is up to everyone to convince the others they are right!  Death Stars against Borg Cubes, a certain designation of Enterprise up against the Star Destryoyer, or Picard against Sith...all is fair in sci-fi love and war!  Off with the gloves!

        -or-

Rules:  Use the comment section of this article to tell everyone why you think one would win over the other.  Use good language and ettiquette or such comments may have to be deleted.  Keep the debate going as long as you wish.  There are a lot of readers, so this is your chance to be heard and show off your knowledge of these classic iconic sagas!  If this is successful, some more fun will come in due time.  Begin!

Best, Kenny   P.S. -Close, but I'd pick Star Wars.
