Actor David Carradine was found dead in the closet of his Bangkok hotel room. Early reports stated that his nude body was discovered sitting upright with one end of a yellow rope tied to his neck and the other attached to the closet bar. Later reports stated that the other end of the rope was attached to his genitals.  The possible causes of death that are being considered are: suicide, natural causes( such as a heart attack,) or accidental( such as suffocation.)  However, his death is currently under investigation. Those close to the actor believe that his death may be due to either an accident, or foul play. No one in his close circle believes it to be suicide.

Carradine, 72  was in Bankok filming a movie. He  had dinner reservations for the night of the day he was discovered, and had  future acting roles in the works. It will be a awhile before the cause of death is determined. Hopefully the results will help his loved ones better understand what happened to him.

The difficulty for his family and friends may be that they do not get a suitable answer as to the cause of death, or to the actor's state of mind prior to the event. This makes grief more complicated.   If it was suicide, it is not unusual for some people to feel better before they make an attempt. The process of deciding elevates their mood and allows them to have more energy to plan and complete the act. Those around them are then confused because they interpreted  the happy mood as sustainable and a sign that "all was well."  If he participated in activities that may have endangered his safety, that would also be problamatic for his survivors.

Whenever a celebrity dies due to possible unnatural causes it can sometimes invite copycats or trigger those who have difficulty coping, to take unncessary risks.
