By now, most of you know that Stephen Baldwin is the favorite brother out of the four-actor brood for us right-wing extremists, formerly known as Christians with conservative thought.
No, it's not because Sarah Palin told us so. It's just that Stevie-B shows us how to have more fun than us Jesus freaks ought to be allowed. Take for example, his YouTube video (below) in which he goes behind the scenes of a smoothie shop to discover the secret ingredients of a "Chocolate Elvis."
Now that's just crazy!
Yes, I know what you pagans are thinking, "You Christians, get a life!"
Well, apart from getting a life of salvation by His mercy, many born-againers have been living large.
Take for example, Baldwin and Kevin McCullough. They've teamed together to produce and host the XTREME Radio Show. It's Christian radio with an edge. That edge being Baldwin.
I tuned in last Saturday night to the show on BMXRadioNow.com. Not only did I tune in, but I was able to text chat with other listeners and share my thoughts on the first topic of the night, the debate over the legalization of marijuana.
Of course, I was on the same page with Stevie-B... him asking, "What's up with these weed people?" and why are we being deluged now with this idea of legalized hippie lettuce?
I had a blast watching, listening, and chatting during a radio show that takes all callers with kind, listening ears (McCullough does a good job of moderating) and dishes out some good ol' conservative wisdom from a transformed party animal, much like myself.
Looking for something to do on a Saturday night? In tonight's (6 p.m. Pacific) show, the hosts ask "Is America a pro-life nation?"
McCullough's teases tonight's second-hour subject with the questions:
Do parents punish their kids for not telling the truth to them? Hey, in this day and age, maybe that's too harsh - who knows? But if we DO expect the truth from our littlest ones, is it not right to expect the same from the Speaker of the House of Representatives?
Like I said... Christian talk radio with an edge... or Baldwin with a twist... if you prefer!
Go to BMXRadioNow.com or one of more than 195 radio stations now broadcasting the XTREME Radio Show.
Meanwhile, here's to a Chocolate Elvis!
