If it's good why not test it? Photo

Interesting piece in the NYTimes today on the GMO research debate. It seems that the only ones against researching GMO crops are those who make them. 

I'm not against GMO in theory. I think that genetics has incredible benefits for medicine and possibly for the food supply. But when companies can market their products without safety testing (except their own), and when they hide information on their products from consumers, it's not ethical, and it's not a free market.
