Known as the place "where the land ends, and the party begins", Cabo Wabo Cantina is the place to be for a rockin' good time in the sun.  If you like your music loud and your tequila on the rocks, this is the place for you! Cabo Wabo Cantina is located in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, which is a 6 hour (or so) flight from Seattle.  The great news is flights from Seattle to Cabo, Mexico (SJD) have plummeted to record low prices, starting at $295 round trip, including taxes & fees. Just 6 months ago, Cabo flights from Seattle were pushing the $600 mark!

Where can you find these flight prices to Cabo?

You need to be flexible with your travel dates, and act quickly because Cabo airfares are set to rise soon. The cheapest flight I found departs Seattle 04/25/09 and returns from Cabo on 05/02/09 on US Airways. More cheap Seattle flights to Cabo were found on Orbitz departing 04/16/09, with a return flight on 04/23/09 on various carriers.

Where to stay in Cabo once you arrive?

Stays at the Hotel Mar de Cortez from $50/night are very affordable, and they have good guest reviews on TripAdvisor.com. The Mar de Cortez is located only a block from Cabo Wabo Cantina. If you want a quiet oasis, which is still in close proximity to Cabo Wabo Cantina, you can stay at the top rated Bungalows Hotel, from about $135/night.  The Bungalows is about 3 blocks from Cabo Wabo Cantina, yet it has a sense of quiet tranquility when you want to get away from the action. A yummy breakfast is also included in your stay at the Bungalows.

All this being said, make sure you are prepared to travel to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and read the Mexico public safety information provided by the U.S. Bureau of Consular Affairs. Safe travels to all!
