Ala Moana Beach Park and Magic Island will be opened for a one-day-only extravaganza on October 4th, 2009 at 8 am for all of our patrons that are dedicated to help us raise money by obtaining pledges from community members. This year we are hosting a kick-off BBQ at the Humane Society on August 29th, 2009 to get everyone geared up for this year’s event (see the invitation below, or attached if you can not view it).With thousands of participants, it is a wonderful way to support your local charity. Please talk to your co-worker, friend, neighbor and family members to aid our organization that funds dozens of programs such as foster care, pet bereavement counseling, and our dog hike club.
For the ambitious, organizing a group of 12 people or more you can order t-shirts with your company’s logo or family’s name. It is cost effective way to market your business and all donations are a tax right off. Show your love for animals by leading your team in this year’s Petwalk.
