Unless you’re Irish, you sometimes need a good excuse to get your party on. This coming Friday night at Halo Nightclub, the first annual Bow Wow Ball will be held to support Project Halo. What better excuse to cut loose than for an excellent cause?

Project Halo is a no-kill, non-profit rescue organization comprised solely of volunteers. Those involved in the project help homeless and unwanted pets, provide medical treatment, and assist with spaying and neutering pets.

Brotha’ Fred and Morgan Fogerty will be broadcasting live from the event this Friday, October 2nd. A silent auction will be held with items from Tiffany & Co., Funky Town Photography, Palm Beach Tan, Lowes, and several other sponsors. Food will be provided by Ratcliffe on the Green, followed up with dessert by Crave.

The VIP party starts at 8:30pm and runs until 10:00pm with a $25.00 donation. Doors will open for general admission at 10:00pm with a $10.00 donation to enter. Tickets can be purchased ahead of time by calling (704) 246-1752, or by emailing info@haloclt.com. What other way can you get a tax deductable entry fee into one of Charlotte’s most popular night clubs?

Join in the fun this Friday and Help Project Halo give second chances to pets in need.

For more information and to brush up on the best spots in Charlotte on a Friday and Saturday night, visit the Charlotte Nightlife Examiner page, or email Sara at dogexaminer@yahoo.com.

See you there!
