Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are expecting their nineteenth child this spring.  Yes, their nineteenth. 

With 18 children ranging from age 8 months to 21 years, a 7,000 square foot home and a business managing commercial properties, one can only imagine the work load of Michelle Duggar.  The weekly grocery shopping and laundry alone must require extensive planning, preparation and organization to carry out. 

Then, of course, there is the cooking and meal preparation, the cleaning, the transportation and shuttling of kids to different schools and events.  How long does it take her to make the kids' lunches for school every day?  And don't forget about diaper duty, nursing, and trying to get nap times for different children scheduled.  And what about bath time, homework and studies to oversee?  If one child ends up sick with a cough and fever, do the other 18 kids get sick too?  Everything in their house must be alphabetized, labeled and filed for each child just to keep it all straight. 

Jim Bob carries his share, but even with help from their older children, it takes time and forethought to delegate tasks.  Just think about the "Chores To Do" list on her fridge.
