Oh God, now I have to get a real job!

The Daily Show’s Jon Stewart (birth name “Jonathan Stuart Leibowitz”) has largely made his success by hammering President George W. Bush and other Republicans virtually every night. He was of course readily joined by Jay Leno, David Letterman, Chelsea Handler, and Jimmy Kimmel, as well virtually every “celebrity” in Hollywood and New York.

Likewise MSNBC, and to a lesser extent CNN, has served as chief detractor of the party of Lincoln and Regan, and the primary cheerleaders of Mr. Obama.  Of course, ABC, NBC and CBS did their part to bolster Mr. Obama’s efforts to become President of the United States as well.

The question of the hour now is; what do these people and organizations do now? You can not exactly make comedy out of the current economic conditions, especially with the person that they pushed for now being at the helm.

While these comedians have poked fun at President Elect Obama, and some other Democrats, clearly the level and bulk of their assault, err, comedy have been directed to the right side of the aisle.

With the Democrats control the Senate, House of Representatives, and the Whitehouse; do not be surprised to see your favorite late night show comedian or MSNBC “personality” on the unemployment line right next to you!
