Unity North Atlanta now has two 9:15 am services to choose from:  "The Journey"  and "Serenity".  The church is studying Marianne Williamson's book titled, "The Gift of Change".  Marianne WIlliamson will speak at Unity North on Saturday, October 17 from 1 pm - 4 pm.

For eight weeks, beginning September 20, the message topics are as follows:

September 20      The Gift of . . . Awakening

September 28      The Gift of . . . Love

October 4             The Gift of . . . Change

October 11           The Gift of . . . The Present

October 18           The Gift of . . . Relationship

October 25           The Gift of . . . Rebirth

November 1         The Gift of . . . God's Plan

November 8         The Gift of . . . A New Future

"The Journey" is a casual, contemporary, and interactive service happens in the Holy Grounds Cafe.  Imagine sitting around a table with friends, sipping coffee and eating breakfast with music playing in the background.  Young kids play in an area specially designed for them.  The session opens with music and goes forward with the sharing of the lesson.   Each table is given the opportunity to asks for prayer and to share their celebrations.  Then, the faciliatator brings on the lesson and each table has time to discuss questions about the lesson.  Those who are brave enough can share their wise insights with the entire group.  The session is closes with another song.  All this happens in ONE HOUR. 

Upstairs, in the beautiful light-filled sanctuary, "Serenity" takes place with a more traditional, contemplative service.  The service opens with music and prayer, continues with meditation and the message, then closes with music.  This service also lasts for ONE HOUR.

If 9:15 am is too early, the 11:15 am service remains an upbeat celebration!  Every fourth Sunday, the dynamic Good Vibrations Choir makes a joyful noise in rich, full tones that resonate in the heart.  On occasion, the Dance Ministry brings another dimension to the choir's offerings.
