Dave has been covering sports since 1992 and has been a fan since birth. Born and raised in the Bay Area, he graduated from UC-Santa Cruz with a degree in American Studies/Journalism. He's excited to join the staff here at Examiner.com where he gets to write about one of his true loves, Stanford football! Dave currently lives in San Jose and serves as the San Jose Sports Examiner.

Dave has been a season ticket holder since 1981 and has missed only three home games since then. As a broadcaster here in the Bay Area he hopes to combine the perspective that comes from being a reporter with the passion that comes from being a fan and a season ticket holder! Contact Dave.
