Thanks to all my kind readers and commenters during my time here at Examiner.com. There's always more to learn, both about the space program as well as writing, and I appreciate all of you as I navigated my way through the past several months.
However, the New Year has very kindly brought me several new teaching and writing opportunities which will result in... well, commas and zeros, and newlyweds like me aren't in a position to run from good folk like commas and zeros. Forced to decide between my education work at the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum and continuing in this arena, I am-- nothing personal-- hanging onto the Smithsonian. We freelance writers enjoy a very short commute in the mornings, but when I hit the entrance Udvar-Hazy, you know what's there? Enterprise. I have a very lovely home office, but it ain't got no orbiter.
You can always find me at Morning Works Media, or my home site, Blonde Champagne, where I'll continue to occasionally write on the space program as before. Several of my readers have also found me in portable form, and, of course, if you ever pay a visit to Udvar-Hazy, please let me know... I'd love to show off a space hangar or two.
Many thanks, and God's blessing to all of you. I hope you have a wonderful 2009 and beyond.
