We are living in stressful times. The good news is that it does not have to affect us all. Regardless of external conditions as long as you enjoy inner peace, your judgment and overall quality of life will be positive and will attract positivity as a by product as well.
I never understood why there are books dedicated to meditation. There's an underlying notion that meditation is this special state of disciplined mind you are supposed to reach. Discipline in itself implies something rigid. Meditation is nothing more than tuning in to our soul, or our sacred side, the most loving side of our being. This side never leaves us. The only fact you need to remember is that our human brain is on constant alert with material needs or precautions and it is used to talking very loudly, so it does not allow us to hear our soul. The soul always whispers lovingly, always.Water Mediation
Take any glass of water (preferably clear) and just appreciate how clear, still and pure the water looks within it. By default, the "Law of Attraction" will attract these characteristics within you. It depends how long it will take, it's rarely more than five minutes, usually a little over two. If it takes you longer and you start getting impatient or the phone rings, just stop and come back to it in a few minutes.
You will know and feel that you are in a meditative state, when suddenly you feel very calm and as if a loving friend is right around the corner. Once you reach this state, just enjoy it. At some point you will want to get back to your everyday life, at this point, Thank the Universe for your connection, think of something pleasant (Staring at the glass of water again) and drink in.
That's it!
