It is well known that living the healthiest lifestyle will offer the best chance for a longer, happier life. The need for eating healthy and exercising does not stop for the elderly.

The University of Pittsburgh Preventative Center for Healthy Aging has a very cool website with the information to live a longer healthier lifestyle.

Their mission statement from their site states:

The mission of the University of Pittsburgh's "Center for Healthy Aging" is to promote healthy lifestyles and disease prevention in the older adult population of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania through education, research, and public service.

They also write a regular column for the McKeesport Daily News. Entitled Healthier Tomorrows
