A suburban Elburn man is charged with videotaping his alleged sexual abuse of a young woman who was passed out at an underage drinking party in Elburn last weekend.

Bond is set at $25,000 for Christopher Runde, 24, of the 500 block of North Maple.

Police say Runde videotaped himself placing his hand in the underwear of a woman while she was passed out at the party. According to a press release from the Elburn police department, others confronted the man and there was a fight.

Police say they were called to stop the fight at a home on the 200 block of Conley Drive. By the time they arrived the fight was over. People at the party then told police what had happened and handed over the video camera Runde allegedly used.

In addition to Runde's arrest, eight minors were charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol. Eight adults were charged with unlawfully permitting a minor to become intoxicated.

The adults charged are: Jeremy Borciaardt, 21, of the 400 block of Guy Lane, Cortland; James Kluck, 21, of the 300 block of West DeKalb Drive, Maple Park; Steven Ortiz, 21, of the 100 block of Cross Street, Sugar Grove; Jonathon Ramirez, 23, of 300 block of West DeKalb Drive, Maple Park; Andrew Serafin, 25, of the 400 block of Guy Lane, Cortland; Jeffrey Stralka, 19, of the 1900 block of Annette Circle, Sugar Grove; and Joshua Walsh, 21, of the 100 block of Arbor Avenue, Sugar Grove.
