Vice President-elect Joe Biden plans to get a second puppy.
This one will help provide company for the 3-month-old German shepherd Biden bought from a breeder earlier this month, ABC News reported.
The German shepherd puppy came from Wolf Den Kennel in Chester County, Pa.  Four days after Biden's purchase, the breeder was cited for record-keeping during a regularly-scheduled visit by the state's Bureau of Dog Law Enforcement.
The kennel also received several warnings. Among the findings were spider webs, an ammonia (urine) odor, and dog hair and dog food under piping.
The full report is posted  here.
On Christmas morning, Biden's granddaughters are set to name the German shepherd, according to ABC News.
