British rock legends Queen have not released any new material since 1995. After the death of front man Freddie Mercury many people believed that the legendary rocker could not be replaced.
In 2004 Paul Rodgers joined the surviving members Brian May, Roger Taylor, and John Deacon to form a new version of the old group. On October 28 Queen plus Paul Rodgers will release the groups first album of new material titled "The Cosmos Rocks". According to Rodgers the album's 14 tracks are packed with emotion. "The Cosmos Rocks" is not a concept or theme album, each track displays a different musical styles from operetic type pieces to arena rock providing some variety to the mix.
Not waiting until the album is released to begin touring, Queen will embark on a world tour beginning September 15 in Moscow. They will reach North America sometime after the first of the year.
