On November 20 Billboard Magazine held their fifth annual Billboard Touring Conference.  The highlight of the conference was the Billboard Touring Awards held at the ballroom in the Roosevelt Hotel in New York City.

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band won the award for the Top Tour for their Magic Tour.

The Boss and company also took home the Top Draw Award.

The Top Manager Award went to longtime Springsteen manager Jon Landau Management.

The Top Tour Package Award went to Kenny Chesney.  It was the fourth time Chesney won the award in the five year history.

Top Breakthrough Act went to teen icon and Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus.

The Top Boxscore Award went to the Spice Girls for their short lived reunion for their 17 show stint at the O2 Arena in London.

The Top Concert Marketing & Promotion Award went to Burger King and the Jonas Brothers for the burning Up tour.  The award was determined by online votes.

The first Road Warrior Award went to Widespread Panic.

The Legend of Live Award went to legendary country rockers the Allman Brothers Band.

The Top Creative Content Award winner was Walking With Dinosaurs - the Live Experience.

The Humanitarian Award went to Jon Bon Jovi for his work with the Arena Football League team Philadelphia Soul's Charitable Foundation.  Bon Jovi is part owner in the football team.

The Top Comedy Tour Award was won by Katt Williams.

The inaugural Eventful Fans' Choice Award went to Kenny Chesney.

The Top Amphitheater Award went to the Comcast Center in Mansfield, Massachusetts.

The Top Club Award went to the House of Blues in Dallas, Texas.

The Top Promoter Award went to Live Nation.

The Top US Independent Promoter Award went to Jam Productions of Chicago.

The Top International Independent Promoter Award went to 3A Entertainment.

The Top Agency Award went to the Creative Artists Agency.

The Top Arena Award went to Madison Square Garden.  The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas and the Radio City Music Hall in New York City also took top venue awards.

The Top Festival Award went to the Bonnaroo Festival in Manchester, Tennessee.  Bonnaroo won the award for the fourth time.
