Billboard magazine has been charting record sales for 50 years; and for the first time in that history a single jumped from number 80 to the number one position in one week.  Rapper TI's latest single "Live Your Life" achieved the goal breaking the record he set just six weeks ago with "Whatever You Like" which went from number 70 on the charts to the number one position in one week.  TI also topped the chart for digital downloads as well.  By topping the singles charts TI bumped his own song replacing "Whatever You LIke" with "Live Your LIfe".

TI completed the triple header by topping the Billboard Hott 200 album charts withhis new album"Paper Trail" bumping heavy rockers Metallica from their three week stint at the top.  "Paper Trail" is the rapper's third consecutive album to debut at the number one spot and his fifth album to break the top ten.  By selling 586,000 copies "Paper Trail" sold more albums than the albums rated two through five combined.  Selling over 500,000 copies TI's "Paper Trail" has already been certified gold.
