English rocker Rod Stewart charges the hefty sum of $1.85 million for a private party.  But in November he will sing for free.  Rod Stewart is the main entetainment for a birthday party that will mark the sixtieth birthday of His Royal Highness Prince Charles.  Stewart said that he is singing for free as a gift to his friend Pince Charles.

The party will occur on November 15, the day before the Prince's birthday, at Highgrove, Gloucestershire in the English countryside.

Traditionally performances before royalty are called command performances and the artist performs for nothing.
