One of the best ways to improve your photography is to glean information from someone else. There are shows almost every night in L.A. and tonight is no different. Tonight you can view the very talented photography of Mona Kuhn at the Santa Monica location of A&I Photographic and Digital Services.

Mona Kuhn specializes in nude photography and the study of the human body. Her photos include a variety of ethereal nudes of men and women from various walks of life. From the old to the young, Kuhn's photos are a brilliant study in light, shadows and a bit of mystery.

To shoot your own nudes all you need is a posting on craigslist seeking models for nude photography (unless you already know some interesting and not so bashful people) and some great ideas for semi-private locations. There are some nude beaches in Southern California that would be suitable for some nude shots. If you're not into beaches, there are other options - just check out other famous nude photographers and you'll have all the help you need to brainstorm.
