Last month, Dr. Oz celebrated his 100th show. He appeared on Fox & Friends to give easy-to-follow weight loss advice...but not before doing a characteristic 'gross out' segment. Dr. Oz points out that eating oatmeal, cayenne peppers and drinking green tea (not together in one meal, of course) are easy ways to change eating habits for the better. He also says that 'sex' is a great way to skip a meal.
