FRIDAY, July 10
FanFest  featuring some of  the sport's biggest names opens at 9 a.m. at America’s Center and continues daily  through July 14.

SATURDAY, July 11
Elvis Costello
joins Missouri native Cheryl Crow onstage for the free Stand Up To Cancer charity concert under the Gateway Arch, beginning at 8 p.m.  Gates open at 2 p.m.

SUNDAY, July 12
All-Star Charity 5K and Fun Runs take off from Busch Stadium at 7:30 a.m.

The Futures Game featuring the best U.S. minor league talent vs. top minor leaguers from outside the U.S. is scheduled for 1 p.m. at Busch Stadium.


I    Busch Stadium will be the site for the game and other All-Star events.

Former major league stars and celebrities mix it up at the Celebrity Softball game at 4 p.m. at Busch Stadium. The celebrity team includes Nelly, Billy Bob Thornton, Jenna Fischer, Jon Hamm and James Denton.  Former baseball greats slated for the game include Ozzie Smith, Vince Coleman, Bruce Sutter and Ernie Banks.

MONDAY, July 13
Workout Day for both teams, open only to ticket holders, starts at 4:20 p.m.

The much anticipated Home-Run Derby begins at 7 p.m. at Busch Stadium. St. Louisans have their money on fan-favorite, Albert Pujols, the #1 National League All-Star vote-getter of all time. Average ticket price for this event is $491, the highest price in the last three years.

TUESDAY, July 14
The Red-Carpet Show at 2 p.m. features Cardinal greats Lou Brock, Bob Gibson, Stan Musial, Red Schoendienst, Ozzie Smith and Bruce Sutter who will walk the Red Carpet on Market Street from 8th to 4th Streets and into the stadium on Stan Musial Drive.

80th annual All-Star Game  time is 7 p.m. Opening ceremonies include a salute to St. Louis baseball great, Stan Musial.

President Obama will throw out the first ball, so that means security will be tight, and fans can expect at least a half-hour wait to enter the stadium. Parking may be a challenge so consider riding  Metrolink, which stops across from the stadium.

Tickets for the game are still available.The lowest reported price is $432, and some tickets are going for $3600 or more; but that's considerably less than tickets for last year’s game in New York.
