Debbie Rowe, 50,  the second ex-wife of Michael Jackson and the mother of his two eldest children, Prince 12, and Paris 11, wants custody of the children, and plans to file with the court to fight Katherine Jackson in a battle for the children, according to various reports out today. Rowe's attorney is Eric George, who's father is Ron George, the Chief Supreme Court Justice of California.

Rowe has offered to take a DNA test to prove that she is the mother of the two children. She also says she will accept custody of Jackson's third child, Blanket, who is allegedly the child of a sperm donor and an unnamed egg donor and surrogate mother. It is unlikely the court will grant her custody of Blanket.

The children are currently in custody of Katherine Jackson who was granted temporary guardianship pending a hearing scheduled for Monday, but changed to July 13 because of all the new filings.
