Michael Jackson's will, allegedly signed by the late performer in 2002, leaves his $1 billion estate to his mother, three children, and a couple of charities, but leaves nothing to his father because he beat him as a child, according to a report in TMZ.
The will that Katherine and Joe Jackson were uncertain existed, is allegedly in the possession of Jackson's longtime attorney, John Branca, who stopped working for Jackson in 2006, but was rehired three weeks before Jackson's death. Branca will file the will with the courts within 30 days, according to the report.
