It’s not only a mitzvah, meaning a commandment to enter the sukkah and to shake the lulav and recite the blessing for doing so while in the sukkah, it’s a mitzvah to actually eat in the sukkah during the holiday of Sukkot. Tonight you can do just that—and you don’t even have to have your own sukkah or cook your own dinner!

Enjoy a kosher BBQ chicken dinner in the sukkah at the Levy Family Campus, provided by the Addison-Penzak JCC at 14855 Oka Road, Los Gatos. Holiday festivities include storytime, music, and crafts, provided by the JCC and the PJ Library Program of Silicon Valley. Family-related festivities begin run from 5:00-6:30 p.m.
