Lamar leads seminars and delivers effective prison programs. He also speaks publicly to promote criminal rehabilitation alternatives benefiting inmates, prisons and communities. He serves as the southeast regional director for the End Violence Project in Philadelphia and served on the board of directors for the Rosebud Advocacy in Georgia.
