Thunderstorm winds overturned planes in Destin, FL Thursday 7 / 2.

A gusty thunderstorm with winds estimated to be in the 70mph range flipped three general aviation aircraft at Destin Airport in Okaloosa County, FL just before 4pm local time Thursday 7 / 2.  The Destin report came from a broader complex of severe thundestorms that brought additional tree and property damage in portions of Florida, Georgia and Alabama 7 / 2.
