If you're like me, you live for deals that seem too good to be true. How about this one: $25.00 gift certificates for $4.00 a piece. Sound way too good to be true? Think again.
Restaurant.com, an on-line gift certificate vendor, is offering a 60% spring discount on all gift certificates through April 13, 2009. With restaurants like Scholar's Inn, Eddy's Neighborhood Bar and Grill, and The Melting Pot, this is a great way to have a nice meal out for a fraction of the price.
A friendly reminder: Before buying these gift certificates, make sure you read the fine print. Many of them require you spend a certain amount of money that does not include beverages. As a rule, always remember to tip your server on the full amount of the bill before your certificate is applied to your bill. And, be selective about the restaurants you choose. Just because they offer coupons does not mean they are all good!
It's so simple! Go to Restaurant.com, enter your zip code, choose a restaurant, and enter discount code "SEASON" when you're checking out. You can even print the certificate at your home computer.
