With summer time in full swing, there are some great beauty buys available for under $10. As the seasons change, many women want to find a great lipstick or eye shadow to reflect the color palette of summer.

Max Factor Lipstick in Ms. Understood – Just the name will make you smile, and it is a great pink lipstick for summer. ($8 at Wal-Mart)
Neutrogena Rainbath Shower & Shave Body Wash – A multi-purpose body wash that can be used to cleanse and shave. ($7.99 at neutrogena.com)
