Ducshop Performance Center is currently hosting an eBay auction to raise money for the Roadracing World Action Fund, with half of the proceeds to be donated in the name of the late Brad Haynes.

Haynes was a partner in Ducshop, a Ducati specialty shop that is based in Marietta, Georgia. His collection of memorabilia was extensive, including motorcycle art autographed by racing legends such as Scott Russell, Carl Fogarty, Troy Corser and Valentino Rossi.

While some of the auction proceeds will assist with the closing of Haynes’s estate, the other half will support the Roadracing World Action Fund, a non-profit organization that funds and maintains soft barriers at racing events throughout the United States. The air-filled barriers are designed to prevent motorcycle racers from serious injury through contact with hard barriers like tire walls and guardrails. Ducshop hopes to donate enough money that an entire section of the barrier can be purchased in Haynes’s name.

All of the items available for this auction can be found at Ducshop’s eBay store by following this link: Ducshop auction for Brad Haynes. The auctions for the items end on April 28, 2009.
