OCD's webmistress with her husband and daughter Alice

You might think "OCD" stands for "Obsessive Compulsive Disorder," but not in the Twilight fandom. Here it stands for something else -- "Obsessive Cullen Disorder," named after the now-famous vampire family created by Stephenie Meyer. This is also happens to be the name of a Twilight blog run by a twenty-seven-year-old wife and mother. Her fansite OCD features such memorable posts as "Holy Robward!" and "My pregnancy is turning into a real Renesmee style first trimester..." OCD's webmistress is currently the mother of a baby girl named Alice, fitting enough for a Twilight fan suffering from OCD. She is also expecting her second child.. No word yet whether her new "little nudger" will be named after Renesmee.

Q. Because it needs to be asked: Team Edward or Team Jacob?
A. Oh wow, Edward all the way.

Q. OK, now that that's out of the way, on the rest of the questions. What is your favorite moment(s) in the Twilight series?

A. When Bella jumps off the cliff in La Push.  Then she is in the water and sees Edward, and says "she saw him and had no will to fight." I loved it.  And I have to add the whole Isle Esme chapter in Breaking Dawn...  I love it for obvious adult reasons, ;) !!!!!!!!!!!  Sad, I know.

Q. What is your favorite book in the Twilight Saga?
A. Breaking Dawn.

Q. If you could ask any question of Stephenie Meyer, what would it be?
A.Are you going to continue the books, and do a 5th?

Q. Of all of the vampire abilities, which would you like to possess and why?
A. Probably Bella's...  I would love to be able to protect my loved ones from harm.

Q. Name three words that describe you.
A. Twi Freak, Funny, Blessed.

Q. What inspired you to create your own Twilight site?
A. TwiCrack Addict did, I just love her!  She gets all of her Twi-ness out by doing her blog...  I realized how sick my family was of hearing about Twilight.  I needed an outlet.  So I made my little ol' blog.

Q. What advice do you have for those who want to create their own Twilight site/blog?
A. Do it for YOU.  Don't worry about what people think.  Just keep it to yourself.  Have fun, in our crazy world we need a little fun.  Twilight is the perfect escape!

Q. What are the pros and cons of being a Twilight fan over the age of 13?
A. Biggest PRO: That it's an amazing world to be a part of.  We Twifreaks are so awesome, I love the community of Twilighters.  Biggest CON: When my husband makes fun of me in front of friends who hate Twilight.  Argh!

Q. Do you feel that the advertising campaign for the Twilight books and films adequately represents the older fan-base? Why or why not?
A. It’s getting there, at first it was always about the teens and how they are the biggest fans......  It really is getting around that us crazy TwiWOMEN are into it just as much.   Hello....  Isle Esme is not for my 11 year old sister....  move over, Twiteens.

Stay tuned for next week's last Q & A with a Twilight blogger over the age of 20. Thank you to all the participants as well as to all the readers who sent in recommendations!
