Poor Rodriguez deserves the criticism.
As a sports fan who has no connection to Michigan or West Virginia, I really don't know how to feel about Rich Rodriguez's current predicament.
On the one hand, he left his alma mater, a school he had guided to the top of the college football ranks, for money. On the other hand, it was a lot of money and since his departure, Rodriguez and his family have been hounded by West Virginians, which is something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
I think at the beginning of the season I wanted to see Rodriguez pay for his greed and infidelity, but now that his team has lost to a mid-level MAC team and he's feeling heat not only from WVU fans but from Michigan fans too, I'm feeling kind of bad for the guy. Kind of being the key word in that sentence.

- Vanderbilt hopes to avoid its first losing streak of the year against Georgia.
- We are all witness of to the maturation of Terrelle Pryor as he tries to survive the Michigan State defense with no protection from his feeble offensive line.
- If Oklahoma hadn't lost last weekend to Texas, Kansas might have a chance, but the Sooners bowed to the Longhorns and now have something to prove in front of their home fans.
- Is this the week that Washington gets off the snide?
- Texas sits pretty at No. 1, but Chase Daniel looks to make up for two late interceptions in Missouri's loss to Oklahoma State.
- The ACC is a mess but after the Wake Forest - Maryland game, the UVa - North Carolina game and the Virginia Tech - BC game we should have a better idea of which teams are for real.
- And finally, USC might set a new margin of victory record against Washington State.
