Woodford Reserve, the renowned Kentucky bourbon, is teaming up with Esquire Magazine and scouring the US for the next great Manhattan-style cocktail. With bartending competitions in New York, Houston, Louisville and Seattle, the recent NY judging for bartenders on Sept 21 was led by none other than the legendary and incredibly kind Dave Wondrich, author, Esquire spirits writer and the creator of the Esquire Manhattan, and Chris Morris, master distiller of Woodford Reserve. Esquire Magazine is teaming up with Woodford Reserve in what they call the Manhattan Experience, and you the consumer are invited to submit their recipes through Nov. 30th on the site, where the top prize winner receives a trip to Manhattan and second and third place winners will receive cool prizes!
